The excitement seems to be over. I'm going to get Star back in before something else happens.
"Okay, gorgeous, I think we should get back in now." I whistle and Wolf leaps - and then he's a tattoo again. I button my shirt before we come back in - no need for speculation as to what we were doing out here for so long.
Star is still where she was, looking up at me, her expression unreadable. I wish I knew what she was thinking….
I offer a hand. She takes it after just a second and we walk back into the Tavern.
