There is a knock on the Tavern door. Monty moans and kisses Ike's shoulder before checking who it is. He blocks the door with his body, sheilding Ike from sight. He closes the door and comes back to Ike, kissing her softly. He strokes her hair and runs a finger along a wing.

"I take it that was bad news?"

He nods and leads her to the stage where she spends her days. "Dawn will be here soon. let me help you put on your blouse." Monty brushes his fingers gently along her skin as they get her redressed. He slips and arm around her and holds her close.

"The shifters have another girl. They found her in the woods, beaten and it looks like raped. There are other signs of torture as well. She is barely alive. The four college boys that were here tonight found her on their walk patrol of the school lands." He shakes his head. "She is a shapeshifter like the others, so they can't take her to the hospital." He sighs. "There were several scents on her. One was the jerk who was here tonight." He rises and goes to the bar, picking up the phone. "Sweetheart, can you reach Stoney?"

When she doesn't answer, Monty looks over at her. She is stone. He won't know if she can or can't until she 'wakes up' again.

Ike sighs in her mind and reaches for Stoney. She feels the concern, the unease in his mind. Bro... there has been another victim among the shifters...she isn't in good shape. Jean-marc's scent was on her, with others. His mind goes dark, then red. She can feel an echo of Ob. So he has been watching Stoney, there is Tori.. her too. Their minds are grim and Ike sighs, wishing she were back in Monty's arms. She listens as he makes calls, leaving messages on several phones... Jack, Mortuis, Silk.

Monty knows Ike can still hear him, so he kisses her feline cheek and lets her know his plans. "I am going to have a talk with Jeb, Pandora and Patti too, if they are still awake. Sleep well."

He slowly takes the stairs, wondering what they can do to protect Alise.
