Ob looks at the sword blade still in his grasp. His blood slid along the blade, tracing the runes.

"Mortuis. I see the Shifters reached you. If you would put Nemesis away...? I really would like to get my hands wrapped."

The blade disappears from sight and Ob sighs. Pandora and Ike begin to clean and wrap his palms. "Everything we know... Well There isn't much, unfortunately. Does the name Jean-Marc mean anything to you?" When Mortuis gives him a blank look, Ob continues. "Here it is in a nutshell.... Jean-Marc almost killed Stoney over Alise, before she was sent from France. He is Loup Garou and long lived. He found her, here, a few days ago, and threatened her. It didn't go over well. She is well liked here. Even Mr. Fangs likes her." Gods, those eyes are cold, he thinks.

Ob looks over at a quiet Stoney and realizes his eyes are much like Mortuis' at the moment. He draws a deep breath and continues. "Turns out Jean-Marc has been snatching and torturing girls, dumping them in the college woods. A couple of the college shifters found them. They were here that night, checking out the college haunts, trying to catch him in the act."

He knew Mortuis was getting impatient. "Alise knew this was a planned event. She insisted on coming tonight. Nobody could talk her out of it. We made sure she got here safely, did a thorough sweep of the building, set security. The bathrooms were checked just before we opened. The windows were nailed shut, painted over. Somehow they got the window open, even with all the girls in and out. No one saw anything. Alise went into the bathroom and then was gone. Ummm... can we sit down?"

He moves to a table, waiting for others to sit. They take turns filling Mortuis in with the actions of the night. Finally Ob and several of the Shifters sit back.

Stoney settles on the edge of a chair. His hair shrouds his face as grey fingers tap out a slow rhythm. He is singing softly in french, a long forgotten lullaby. His sight is turned inward and he murmurs  "je'taime, je'taime, Mon Alli" over and over.
