Raina could hear the soft moans coming from the living room when she headed to the kitchen for a glass of something cold to drink. Knowing that Nick and Gareth were both upstairs she wondered if it was Ky or someone else.

Rounding the corner Raina sees Ky, laying on the loveseat, looking almost green in the pale light.

“Gods! Ky...are you alright? You look terrible...Do you want something to drink?”

Ky moans, “No. Gods, no. All I do is puke as it is. I have never felt so awful...”

“Okay... I might have something... hang on...” and Raina runs upstairs to the room she shares with Nick. She moves to a small dresser and starts rummaging through it.

Nick watches for a moment then asks, “Missing something?”

“Not really... I need that tea, the stuff I had Rowan make up for me after that gypsy woman gave me the recipe... well... she didnt exactly give it willingly... long story... ha! Here it is!” Raina holds up a small cloth bag. “Ky is really sick. I'm not sure that the fae should be doing jello shots. Anyway, I thought this might help. I really dont think she can get any sicker...”

Raina pulls a soft cotton blanket out of a chest, grabs a t-shirt and a couple pillows. She leans into Nick and kisses him. “See ya tonight.” With a grin and a wink she leaves the room.

Returning to Ky she approaches softly and whispers, “Sit up, sweetie. Lean on me if you need to.”

Ky moans and leans heavily on Raina. Raina puts the pillows down and helps Ky change into a t-shirt. She gets her settled and brews the tea.

Bringing Ky a small cup she tells her to sip slowly. “It really does help. I know it smells like ass, and Rowan wont tell me whats in it...”

Ky nods and sips, grimacing and coughing, but the green shade of her skin gives way to a pale flesh tone. Raina lays on the couch and wraps her arms around Ky.

Ky starts to protest but Raina shushes her. “We're family. We take care of each other, thats how it is. Try and sleep now.”

Gareth smiles from the doorway where he had been watching. We are a family, unconventional maybe, but still a family...
