Ob's vision drifts inward. he places a hand over his chest, then opens his shirt. The white sword-shaped scar is pulsing a soft glow. His voice is distant. "Not life threatening, no... otherwise the sword would be burning. Allah's Light does not work on infection, it helps to regrow, reknit, the natural flesh. The scar from this will be muscle deep."
His eyes change, becoming more "here". "I won't be offended if you don't want this, Raina. Will it have an effect on your immortality? I wouldn't think so. Allah gifted it to us to save our people, and those we deem worthy. No one truly knows what makes the Romanavich longer lived than the others of our Kind. In the other realm, I wasn't pulled to ones who had superficial wounds, only the ones that needed help to heal... the right way. As for needing it? Maybe if it was used time and time again..."
There is a sadness in his eyes, a guilt that makes its appearance and slips into his voice as he speaks. "In the Faery Realm I used Allah's Light selfishly. I healed Morgan." There are intakes of breath, but before anyone can speak, he holds up a hand. "I didn't do it for her. I did it so she would feel EVERYthing we inflicted on her. It was selfish. I know that. Her wounds could have healed, if given time. A few scars, if treated right. I wasn't pulled to heal her, not like the tents. Not like every time I am near Raina." His eyes seeks out her leg. "It's the deeper tissues, not the surface..."
His gaze drifts to Miko, where he lounges on their gathered belongings. "I don't want her leg to heal like Weebit's wings." His hair swings as he shakes his head, glittering in the soft light. "It is too late for her. Not a thing I could do to help her."
He gathers himself with a visible effort. "While the sword is healing, I can see the tissues reforming. When the healing is complete, the tissue is tender and weak. Muscle would need to be worked, hardened. It isn't a complete healing, like poof, you are healthy. It is more... speeding the growth."
