Pandora is finding it difficult to settle Chloe in the nursery, Alise explains to her babes that maman must help downstairs with the meeting; but wise beyond their years the children realize they are missing something important.

Absinthe rises in the air; doing some swoops at the Fae, eliciting laughs from the babes as the Fae receive information from Pandora about the DVD movie the kids like.

Tomas is standing with the Fae men, protecting the girls; while Weebit plays with Mera... clutching her rag doll.Gracie is laying quietly watching the other children; and Pandora realizes they are talking mentally among themselves... and soon settle down, knowing they must obey their parents' wishes.

Giving a sigh ,as they surrender; she joins Alise at the door and they slip from the room... Pandora noticed Absinthe sizing up Tork as they left, and hoped the two dragons would bond a little... together they could be an awesome force.

As they descended the stairs she was struck by the crowd that filled the tavern; every one of the others from campus must have come tonight... as well as many of the local merchants of the area. Tori was to be commended for getting the word out.

Monty had a full crew and food and beverages were visible at everyone's tables; and she could see the room to the back door crowded with teens that wanted to avoid the main room itself.... She knew the hounds were outside that room with more that wished to hear from the safety of the darkness; the door was open to allow them access... nothing amiss would slip past the Hellhounds.

They headed for the family table, and awaited the start; the menfolk were busy ushering people in and discussing ideas among themselves... and neither of the women had eaten in the rush to get the children settled. One of the girls set a platter on the table with soft French bread and cheeses, ham slices and a plentiful supply of fresh fruit. A pitcher of icy sweet tea sat before them... for some reason it had become Pandora's favorite beverage of late... she sipped at the cool sweet beverage and noticed that Tori and Tannr were there,as well as Rowan; and that meant her father was not far behind.

Traeger had been working on weapons of late; small knives and such that could be carried for  personal protection... and today he was working on weapons of strength to fight the ghouls themselves. He was a powerful wizard and had spells woven into all the pieces that were to be used in the search. He had taken in several of the college boys to help him and offered them shelter, as well as teaching them some skills with the metals and forge. They had amassed a sizable array of  goods to spread among the warriors needed once the meeting was over.

Pandora felt Ob from across the room and their eyes met; she nodded to let him know the children were settled and all was in readiness on their end....
