It took some time but Rowan and Galen, the queens physician, managed to find the correct combination and dosages of medications to get Stars seizures to stop. That and the fact that she had been receiving the blood. Her color had improved and her vital signs had stabilized, letting Rowan breathe a sigh of relief.
“Thank you Galen. Your knowledge has proven more valuable than you can imagine.” Rowan begins to clean up the mess they made of the room.
“You are most welcome Lady Rowan. I will try to share all that I know with you in the time I am here...”
Inari enters and Galen gives her a short bow. “Ambassador...”
“If there is knowledge that would prove beneficial for Rowan to know in the treatment of Star or her child, she should learn of it. I deem this necessary and in so doing, so does the queen. Take whatever time you need Galen.”
“Thank you Inari. Thats a wonderful idea.” Rowan sends a sylph for clean sheets and bedding and begins changing the dressing on Stars tummy which had started to bleed again with the seizures.
Galen suggested a new type of dressing and the pair were soon exchanging ideas
