Tannr sat quietly listening to Ob. When he was introducing Mortuis he leaned over, “Did you know about this?”

Tori nods, “I'll explain later...”

Tannr wanted to pull her in his arms and tell her everything would be fine, but he didnt know that for sure. And he didnt know how she would feel about that in front of everyone, including her brothers. Instead he squeezed her hand, then let his hand move to the back of her neck, where he rubbed gently. He glanced over to Erik and Star, who was sitting quietly, looking upset, her eyes changing colors rapidly. Inari had entered from the back door shortly after Tori and she goes to Star. After a few minutes Stars eyes settle to a soft gray color and her hand runs over her belly. Whatever Inari had said to her obviously had a calming effect.

“I wonder if theres more to the Queens ambassador being here than just Star and the upcoming birth?” Tannr wonders out loud.

Tori looks over to Star, “Well whatever she said has Star feeling better, at least for now...”

Nodding, Tannr says “She has that effect on people.... I hope Star will listen to her. Erik says she disappears for hours, going alone into the woods...”

“Really? She probably shouldnt...” Tori sighs, What a damn mess, and its only going to get worse...
