Patra wanders the edges of his "camp". So far, four have not found their
usual squats. Two of his winged ones have joined the town's watchers. He isn't worried about them. What he is worried about are the two who regularly spend the night scrounging dumpsters until sunup. They were last seen on Montgomery Street. That was hours ago.

The flap of wings captures his attention. Terry, a shifter stuck between bat and man, lands at his side. He shakes his head. The large ears swivel as the click of nails and guttural barking huff announces a Hell Hound. A tattered figure shuffles by its side, sniffling and wiping its nose on a ragged sleeve. Twillon walks with them, bow at ready, sword at hand. He shakes his head sadly at Patra.

"We found him hiding in dumpster. All we can get from him is Molly's gone."

Patra nods at the Sidhe, then approaches the scarecrow of a man very slowly. Wide, terror filled eyes look up at the Troll. Patra nods again, waiting.

"Gots Molly... Molly's gone... crawled in to get cans. Molly waited to catch them. Looked out to throw cans. Molly gone. Stuff all over. Blood.... No Molly.. lots o' blood." He looks around, blinking slowly. "Easy pickings I says. Didn't mean Molly..." He focuses on the Troll. "She's gone, Pat... Molly... gone."

Twillon stoops beside the Hell Hound. Moments later, the creature steps into a shadow and is gone. "Dealg Drubh will know of this. So will the Sorcerer and the patrols." Twillon follows Patra as he walks the man to his squat. The man stares at the cardboard box next to his. Crawling into his box, the man curls up, drawing a ratty blanket over his shaking form.

Muttering to himself, the man huddles beneath his blanket. Patra shakes his head slowly. Red eyes gleam from the shadows and Twillon nods. A Hell Hound approaches his side, laying its head against his hand. Twillon closes his eyes and sighs.

"Shifter police already at the alley. No sign of Molly, nothing but blood."
