The music is loud, the crowd rowdy, and his friends... well they were themselves. Keon wouldn't have it any other way. The demifae, Miko, hovers by his ear, giving him an update on the patrols. His guest stares at the little warrior, but only with the edge of her gaze.

Eite's eyes are bright, but he wonders if it is excitement, or worry. She has not relaxed since they brought her out of Underdark when they rescued Tori. The first night at the houseboat he nearly panicked when he looked in on her and found her gone. Trooper had found her, wedged in the storage cabinet "closet", trembling in terror. It had taken him nearly an hour to coax her out. Things had slowly improved. She now sleeps in a windowless room, Trooper guarding her door.

Even now, Trooper was under the table with his head in her lap. The Dark Lord watches her face as Miko zips away. She blinks, the transparent membrane flicking over her eyes several times before her lid lowers. Other than that, no sign that she was watching the little man. Keon hides a smile.

Dmitri joins them as another slow song begins. The Rider bends low over Eite's hand, asking her to join him on the floor. Her slim hand reaches up to touch her newly short hair, and she looks at Keon.

"Ye are no one's property Eite. If ye would like to dance, ye may." Her eyes glance at Dmitri, then back to Keon. The Sidhe smiles gently. "Dmitri is a... safe partner."

At her puzzled expression, Dimitri grins. "I am a man's man, Eite. I want nothing more than your company on the dance floor. You have been watching everyone else dance, I thought perhaps you would like to try."

Moments later the blue haired Siren is carefully following Dmitri's steps. As Keon watches, her posture relaxes and a tentative smile twists her lips. For the first time, she seems to be actually enjoying herself.

Guunnar leans close. "Eben in such loose clothing, sie ist a beautiful voman. Du could do vorse. So could sie."

Keon shakes his head. "She loves another, as do I. That we resemble those others is not necessarily a good thing. The best I can do, is try to keep her safe in this new life. If not for her, I would not have been close enough to aid the others." He watches her move with the music. "She deserves the chance to find herself."

The giant nods, huffing through his mustache. He picks up his mug and downs a hefty swallow. "Ve vill keep her safe, mein freund. All uff us." The Riders and Murdhuachas at the table raise their glasses high in response. "I tink we are all in agreement."
