Star sat and leaned against a tree to rest. She had been running with Wolf and Tiger in the woods and was completely out of breath. Tiger was not done playing and walked over to Star and knocked her down, making Star laugh and Erik scolds the big cat for playing too rough.
Erik helps her sit up and cant help but notice the happy look on her face. She is smiling, her eyes are blue and sparkling and she doesnt pull away as he touches her face. “Gods, you are so beautiful....”
Star shakes her head, but Erik kisses her before she has a chance to say anything. There is more passion in this kiss and she feels almost breathless when they part.
An owl in the tree above starts to hoot, calling Stars attention to the setting sun. She stands and pulls on Eriks hand, pointing down the trail towards her cabin.
