Raina pulls up to the tavern on her bike. She sits for a few minutes, lost in thought. Alise and her had spent the afternoon together, talking, laughing. Raina was amazed at how close they were since they were so different from one another. They could talk about anything together, But she did floor me with the shower comment. I know her and Stoney had talked about that before, her being with another woman but that was so long ago. I know she wont mess with another guy, being kinda old fashioned and wanting more kids and loving Stoney as much she does...
Glancing up at the gathering clouds as she enters the tavern she wonders where to store her bike for the winter, Maybe Traeger has a spot in his building, I dont think theres anywhere in the tavern that I can get it inside....
Seeing Nick standing at the bar, Raina goes to him and wraps her arms around him. He pulls her close, asking how her day went.
“I had a great day. I am surprised to see you. Arent you awake kind of early? It's not quite dark yet.” As she talks with Nick, Rainas eyes slowly sweep the room, taking in the potted plants and decorations. She smiles as she notices the little eyes peeking out between the leaves and flowers. “Alfur augsýn” she murmurs.
Nick pulls away a bit, asking “And that means what?”
Raina laughs softly, “Fairy eyes. They are everywhere. I wonder how many there are....”
"A lot. And they seem to be scared of me for some reason." He grins ruefully. "Imagine that...."
