Alise sits on the roof holding Raina as she cries. “It was not your fault, none of it was. Didnt your sister tell you some things just need to happen the way they do, there is nothing to be done for it. You didnt fail me, I never thought that. No one thought that or blamed you in any way. You didnt fail your sister. You are much too hard on yourself. You are the one person I know I can count on, for anything. Please, Raina, I love you so much, what in gods name is wrong??”
Raina can only shake her head, “I love you too, but I always manage to screw everything up, I dont know....”
Alise looks over Rainas shoulder and sees Erik standing close by. He came to the roof so silently neither heard him.
“Your brother is here. I will leave you two alone. I will come back if you need me.”
Erik helps her to stand and Alise tells him, “Maybe she will talk to you, she isnt listening to me....”
Erik nods and then stares at Alise, Gods, she does look like Tara, its almost uncanny. But the voice is very different...
