Nick leans against a doorway and smiles as he watches Raina. She is limping a bit but determined to show K'thyri every nook and cranny of the house. He had never seen Raina so happy and was glad that he had spent the money purchasing the house. Gareth joins the women at a large window overlooking the back yard and explains what he can do with the help of a few of Mortuis' gnomes and with Rainas approval.
Watching the three of them makes Nick wonder if they should discuss having Ky move in, or at least have her own room to stay in when she was in the human realm. She seemed very taken with Gareth and Raina.
Raina turns and looks at Nick. Her eyes are bright and happy and she has a huge smile on her face. Nick leaves his spot in the doorway and goes to her.
“Welcome home Rain. Happy?”
“Oh yes. Very happy. I love you.” Raina kisses Nick passionately. Pulling away slightly she asks, “Are there beds? Can we stay here tonight? I want to show you just how happy I am....”
