Traeger and Pandora step forward to recite the chants to open the circle...
Together they face the West, chanting....
"Hail to the guardians of the West, thank you for attending this circle. Go in peace and know you are always welcome here."
Together they face the South, chanting....
"Hail to the guardians of the South, thank you for attending this circle. Go in peace and know you are always welcome here."
Together they face the East, chanting....
"Hail to the guardians of the East, thank you for attending this circle. Go in peace and know you are always welcome here."
Together they face the North, chanting....
"Hail to the guardians of the North, thank you for attending this circle. Go in peace and know you are always welcome here."
Traeger steps forward and takes a flower from the side of Alise's hair...
Pandora snuff's the candles and Traeger digs a small hole; placing the flower in it, gently covers it with earth, and says..
"We return this symbol of thy beauty to you, in thanks for the beauty of this day"
Returning to his feet Traeger says...
"The circle is open but unbroken. May the peace of the Old Ones go in our hearts.
Blessed Be."
