Obsidian is in a fury... and Pandora tries to diffuse him, she never meant to cause this worry. "Josephito, I confess I never considered the wards... I thought only of the babies coming and I wanted to be part of it, to learn more for when Chloe comes." She drifted her hand to her belly... and a look of contentment flashed across her face.

"Please Ob; I must finish a chore I set for myself...I have read the book on labor, and I have something for Alise to quench her t hirst." She goes up on her tiptoes and gives Ob one of her sweetest kisses, looking into his eyes... "I love you so, I'll never frighten you again... come inside, the babies are trying to greet us."

Pandora is glad Rowan is on the way... she thinks Alise is incredibly brave, and hopes that she can make Obsidian as proud of her when she goes through labor. She has been boning up on labor from the books in the cottage,and she prepares some crushed ice for Alise to suck on... she hurries to the bedchamber.

Raina has helped her change garments and Alise is in the bed Stoney made her on the floor upon awakening.  Pandora sits close and draws a hand across Alise's brow..."You are doing so well, and you are so brave"... she elicits a tiny smile before Alise has another pain.

Pandora gives her a shy smile and says... "I have not been able to tell you my news... my baby will be a girl; I saw it when I scryed... and she was beautiful, and had Ob's eyes. I have gotten permission to call her "Chloe" after my mother." Alise reached for her hand and squeezed it, tears rolling from her eyes... Pandora knew it was for her,and for the babies that were right now trying to enter the world. She gave Raina the glass; "This is to help keep her hydrated"... and she kissed Alise's forehead and told her "I'm going to be right outside if you need things done, I think you have enough bodies occupying this room." She hugged Raina and told her she was a wonderful friend to Alise... and touching Stoney's shoulder on the way remarked... "You will be in the middle of this soon, papa."

Pandora runs to Ob as soon as she leaves the room... she clings to him and looking into his face says... "You are the only man I see in this world Josephito, I meant no disrespect having Monty bring me... he did it out of loyalty to you; he would not let me venture out alone. You are the light that guides me my love, never doubt that... you and our daughter are my life."... and she kisses him fiercely, letting all the emotions she is riding on right now channel into the lips that cling to his.
