Ob wakes and is furious. His roar wakes the demifae and they rush to him. The brothers follow after him as he rushes down the stairs. He roars Pandora's name. Little heads pop up, peeking out of the plants, watching as Ob strides straight to the bar.

Patti tells him that Monty drove Pan to the cottage. The glower does not fade from his face. His eyes are burning and Patti shrinks a bit away. He lowers his eyes, taking a deep breath. "When?"

The one word is still laced with anger, but Patti relaxes, knowing it isn't directed at her. Ob looks around the still mostly empty bar. The demifae brothers confer then zip back up the stairs. Miko zips back down and hovers in front of Ob. "I go too. My brothers... they watch your room, no one enters without them watching. Me.. I go with you. I help guard your woman. We go NOW."

Ob nods, and just looks at Patti. "Hours ago, Ob. They left hours ago." He nods and strides out to his bike. He jams the helmet on his head and mounts the bike. Miko dives into the exposed ends of his hair, burrowing into the strands. In minutes they are roaring down the streets toward the Manse. Ob touches Stoney's mind.

Bro, tell me Pandora is there. Tell me you let her in... If not, I am going to hunt that damn fae down by myself.

Stoney's mind touches his, letting him know Pandora and Monty are there. A gnome had warned him they were there and he had gotten them through the wards.

Ob's bike slews to a stop on the street. He waits a few minutes until the glow of the wards changes, letting him know it is safe to enter. He lets Stoney know about Miko, and safe passage, for the moment, is granted. Ob tears up the driveway skidding to a stop. Pandora meets him at the door and he grabs her tight. His fingers bite into her arms as he tries to control his temper. He is shaking with the force of his emotions. Spanish rolls from his lips, exposing just how close to the edge he is.

*"Mujer, dónde estado su cabeza! Usted podía haber estado matado! El verruga would haber frito usted y yo nuestro chica si el gnomo hadn't visto usted! Usted are así condenar afortunado Stoney estado capaz de abierto el verruga!"

He takes a deep breath and glowers at her. "Merde Bruha! I should throw ypu over my knee and spank you for scaring the hell out of me!"

Miko flits from his hair and lands on Ob's shoulder. "Think amigo! At least she had an escort, si? She did not come here alone. He would have seen the wards if she hadn't. no?"

Ob growls softly. "She still should have waited for me, little bro. I am her man. Not Monty."


*Woman, where was your head! You could have been killed! The wards would have fried you and our girl if the gnomes hadn't seen you! You are so damn lucky Stoney was able to open the wards!
