Rainas eyes meet Nicks across the room and she excuses herself and walks over to him. She throws her arms around his neck, smiling and happy.

Nick pulls her close, “Looks like everyone is enjoying themselves....You have outdone yourself, love.”

Raina glances around the room. Everyone was visiting and seemed happy and animated. The remains of dinner had been cleared from the table and several of the extensions had been folded back in, making more room. Several people had wandered outside to enjoy the bar and the patio.

Dinner had gone well, everyone seemed to enjoy it. Star was the only one who didnt seem hungry, she had only picked at some fruit and sipped her wine. She didnt look ill and was smiling and happy when Erik was asking Keon about adding a room or two to the cabin.

“Whats wrong? Your were smiling just a second ago.”

“I was just thinking about Star. She hardly ate a thing, I mean she never eats a lot, but she barely ate anything.”

Nick nods, “I know. But she seems fine. Maybe its just all the people. She's never been comfortable with a crowd.”

Raina nods, but remains unconvinced for some reason. “Lets get a drink. I havent had time to see everything Gareth has done with the outside.”
